Services

Connect approved knowledge to work your team can review.

Connect approved knowledge to one repeatable workflow, with source references and responsible human review. Define the organizational scope before choosing tools or deployment.

Organizational rollout

Agree on the work before the build.

Starting at $25,000 for an organizational Brain rollout. Final pricing reflects the agreed scope. We define the workflow, approved sources, integrations, human review, acceptance criteria, and handoff in writing. A first workflow can make that scope concrete.

Separate choices and costs

Local AI equipment and installation or commissioning are additional, separately quoted costs. A local option depends on workload and configuration. Ongoing support has its own scope; none of these costs is assumed to be included in the Brain rollout starting price.

Custom AI Brain Builds

Scoped systems that connect approved company knowledge to defined drafts, handoffs, and human review.

Illustrative workflow · synthetic material

See what a reviewed first workflow could look like.

Imagine an accounting team preparing a missing-records request. This is an example of the mechanism, not a customer case or a measured result.

01 · Approved inputs

Choose the source set.

A responsible employee selects the current checklist and permitted sample documents for one file. Access to other records stays outside the workflow.

Fictional input: checklist item 1 calls for a signed engagement letter; the permitted sample file is an unsigned draft labeled “Engagement letter v2.”

02 · Referenced draft

Prepare, then show why.

The system proposes a missing-items list with a reference to the checklist item and document used for each line. Missing or conflicting sources are flagged for review.

Possible draft line: “Signed engagement letter to confirm — checklist item 1; sample document: Engagement letter v2.”

03 · Human decision

Review before use.

The employee checks the references, corrects the draft, and decides whether to send the request. The system does not make a tax judgment or approve an action by itself.

Possible reviewer decision: confirm the sample is unsigned, then request the signed version or remove the line if another approved source resolves it.

Questions

Practical answers before you book a call.

Which service should we start with?+

Start with a repeated, reviewable workflow whose approved sources and responsible owner are clear. Accounting file preparation, legal document support, medical administration, and technical knowledge work are possible examples, not validated outcomes.

Can Hire A Brain work with our current tools?+

Yes. Most builds are designed around existing CRMs, email platforms, documents, spreadsheets, ad platforms, project tools, and dashboards before recommending new software.

Do you provide ongoing support?+

Ongoing support is separately scoped. Depending on the agreement, it may cover controlled source updates, workflow changes, evaluation, and operating assistance; it is not automatically included in a Brain rollout.

Do clients own their data?+

Clients retain their business data and business-specific outputs. Configuration and handoff rights are set in the agreement; third-party models and software remain under their own licenses.

Next Step

Ready to discuss one workflow?

Use the strategy call to describe the job, current tools, source boundaries, and responsible reviewer. We can discuss whether a scoped organizational Brain rollout fits. Do not send confidential client records in an initial inquiry.
